The Brief
7 South Productions partnered with the Women’s Resource Center (WRC) to provide photo and video coverage for their annual Black Tie fundraising event in support of the WRC Hardship Fund.
The goal was to document the elegance of the evening while clearly communicating the purpose behind the event — highlighting community support, key moments, and the impact of WRC’s work.
Production
Event coverage focused on capturing the full experience of the evening, including guest arrivals, atmosphere, speeches, and formal programming.
The approach balanced documentary-style coverage with polished visuals, ensuring the content could be used for post-event promotion, donor engagement, and future fundraising initiatives.
The Outcome
WRC received a curated set of visual assets that reflected both the sophistication of the event and the mission it supports, providing long-term value beyond the night itself.
